Fortunate Silinda
Dr Fortunate Silinda holds a PhD in Psychology from the University of South Africa (UNISA). She is a registered Research Psychologist employed in the Department of Psychology at UNISA as a Lecturer. She is passionate about making a difference in her community. Her findings in her PhD and her teaching experience as a lecturer at UNISA informed her decision start the foundation.
Njioh Amanaka Ekolo
I am Social facilitator, innovator and entrepreneur. Community engagement empowerment facilitator. My interest are Research knowledge creation and program development. Negotiation, individual differences, reconciliation social Change, transformation and reconstruction with emphasis on youth development. Understanding human life and developmental process begins with childhood, no two experiences are the same thus individual differences coupled with socio-cultural context is vital in the interpretation of meaning, prediction and control of behavior. My aspiration is to identify possible problems in social, economic and environmental context in community life in an attempt to prevent or solve existing challenges in multicultural environment, my passion for learning new things drives me to ask many question within an optimistic realism framework. In the search for solutions theories and concepts such as ecological systems theory, social cognitive theory, social representations and social perception combined with practical experiences as they emerge steers me towards the goal of bettering human life.

Sindisiwe Dladla
Ms Sindisiwe Dlala was born and bred in Umlazi on the east coast of KwaZulu-Natal. She holds an honours in Psychology from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
